5Simply the best.
By David R.
Ok, so I’ve been a long time Smart phone user and I’ve gone through literally hundreds of screen protectors. The ReaLook crystal protector for my new Galaxy S II (T-989)from T-mobile is by far the best one I have ever used. Having only used it for three days I cant speak to it’s longevity. I can, however speak to the initial quality of the product and that is, by far, superior to any other product f it’s kind that I have used.

1. Clarity: Crystal says it all, it’s clarity is superb, I’ve yet to have anyone discern that there is even a protector on my phone. It is just that clear.

2. Fit & Finish: I think the clarity comment hit on this, No one I have shown my phone to has been able to tell it even had a protector on it. It is an exact fit and the only visible sign it’s even there when properly aligned is the slight gap around the earpiece grill and the protector which is miniscule at best.No peel up around the edges so far however I have heard issues with certain really tight fitting cases peeing up the edges when they are installed. Users got around this by placing a think sheet of card stock around the edges of the phone while installing and then pulling it out after installation and it does not peel the protector. this is more a flaw with the case than the protector IMO. The back seems very tacky and should hold on extremely well for a long time.

3. Protection: So far I’ve accidentally dropped the phone in my pocket with my car/house keys at least three times for an hour plus and have yet to find any imperfections in the screen protector even with the keys pressed against it. It has one small “scratch” on it from a very sharp knife being dropped on it while I was working, peeling up the protector shows it did not penetrate through to the screen. It seems very tough!

4: Feel: Everyone’s hands are different. Some dry, some oily, some moist with perspiration. Mine tend to be on the dry side and this protector is phenomenal for my hands. It’s slick and smooth and never seems to catch my finger like the rubbery style of protectors (Zagg, etc). When my hands are moist it does seem to catch just a tad more than the display does without, but this is hardly an issue I believe and is still better than the rubber based protectors. Oily hands seem to leave slightly fewer smudges than the bare glass does, it seems to be minimal and cleans off easily.

In closing, this is a fine product with better than average production qualities and finish work. The pack contains a cleaning cloth, Alcohol pad, a couple of strips of tape to peel up the protector if you need to remove it or for repositioning and Two screen protectors. Really nice stuff. I can’t recommend the ReaLook crystal enough!

3Does not work with my D3O case, be careful!
By Steve
This protector is fit so tight, it does not allow to use D3O case for my SGSII. Even when applied properly (no bubbles) it comes off on the corners when I put the phone into D3O case because protector edge snap over the case edge (happen to have identical size) lifting it up. Do not buy unless you plan to use a phone “naked”.

11/02/2011 update
I gave myself one more try today before returning this protector to get a refund. I clipped this bubbled corner with sharp scissors trying to keep dirt and dust away. It took several gentle thin cuts along the corner to make a bubble disappear. Amazingly after this my D3O case does not interfere with Realook anymore. And the protector finally “disappeared” from the view as it should seamlessly blending with the phone screen.

It looks like it worked and it is going to stay on my SGSII for good.

If only Realook made these corners right from the beginning leaving bit more space to save a hassle during its application.

I am updating this Amazon review to pass my experience to those who experienced same issue.

3Very nice and I wish I could give this a 5-star
By Belly Guenawan
I really wish I could give this screen protector a 5-star rating. I used realook screen protector for my samsung vibrant (galaxy S 3G) and the fit was just perfect. It’s affordable, virtually invisible, and they fit perfect. So, when I got my Galaxy S II, I didn’t even look for other screen protectors and just went ahead and ordered realook.
YES, the screen protector fit PERFECT on the phone. No bubbles (when installed correctly) and the installation was pretty easy. However, as the other review had mentioned, if you try using the D30 case for the phone, your screen will bubble up no matter how perfect you installed the screen protector and you would have to make adjustments by cutting the edges of the screen protector. This is NOT something that us, as customers, need to have to do. So until realook can fix this issue and resize the screen protector to eliminate this issue, I could only give this screen protector a 3-star rating.
